Namaste, I’m Tiffany

Welcome to my wellness journey

Introduction

For a long time, I carried heavy thoughts — quiet battles with anxiety, self-doubt, and the feeling of not being enough. Those thoughts shaped how I saw myself and how I moved through the world. But somewhere deep within, I knew I was meant for more than just survival.
Healing isn’t always soft or pretty — sometimes, it starts in the uncomfortable places. The moments where you're stretched, triggered, or feeling lost. But within that discomfort lies the opportunity to accept what is, rather than resist it. and through that acceptance, growth begins.

Why the word Tathatā?

Tathatā reminds me to embrace the present moment exactly as it is — with all its beauty, messiness, and truth. Healing and growth don’t happen by running from what is, but by meeting it with compassion. This space is my offering: a gentle guide to return to yourself, to uncover your glow, and to walk your path with openness and presence.

In Sanskrit, Tathata (तथता) means “suchness” or “the true nature of things as they are.” It’s often used in Buddhist philosophy to describe deep acceptance and presence — seeing reality clearly without resistance, without judgment.
